Lemon Berry Smoothie

Here's what you need:

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple
  • 1/4 cup each  Frozen Blackberries, Raspberries, and Blueberries 
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder
Blend and enjoy! 

Roughly makes about 2 servings.

176 Calories, 19 g Carbs, 3 g Fat, 14 g Protein, 5 g Fiber, 10 g Sugar
